Sponsor The Founders Journey

Reach founders while they're actually building.

The Founders Journey puts your brand in front of entrepreneurs and business decision-makers. Here's who's listening, how the show grows, and what a partnership looks like.

Who's listening

The room matters as much as the size of it.

Founders Journey built its audience on fit, not volume. Here's what the data shows, across every platform the show runs on.

  • 01

Business Development leads the LinkedIn audience. 57% of visitors to the show's LinkedIn page work in business development, followed by operations, marketing, and entrepreneurship. This is the exact function that signs off on partnerships.

  • 02

The titles are senior. Recent followers include a family office and wealth management executive, a senior banking director, and an insurance-recovery attorney. That's the caliber of person already paying attention.

  • 03

82% of Spotify listeners are 35–44. That's not a broad entrepreneurial audience. That's the exact stage where a founder is making real budget and vendor decisions.

  • 04

Discovery skews non-follower. Across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, 96–99% of views come from people who don't already follow the show. New, relevant eyes every week, not the same small group replaying content.

Recently seen in the audience

  • Family office & wealth management exec
  • Senior banking director, real estate & HOA finance
  • Insurance-recovery attorney
  • Startup & venture-side lawyer
  • Serial entrepreneur, multiple exits

This is the caliber of professional the show already attracts, and the pattern is holding as the audience grows.

Built to compound

A sponsorship here doesn't stop working when the episode airs.

Every episode stays live, indexed, and searchable on Spotify, Apple, and YouTube from the day it publishes. That means the placement you buy this month is still being discovered next year.

Evergreen by default

Podcast search now drives over half of new listener discovery. Episodes don't disappear after their launch week. They keep surfacing in search results and recommendations for as long as the show exists.

A growth curve, not a snapshot

Search impressions on the show's site are up 570% over the last 90 days. Facebook views are up 215% over the same window. The audience buying in now is buying into the upward part of the curve.

Clips extend the reach

Every episode gets cut into short-form clips distributed across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Reels, each one a separate discovery point that can surface your brand long after the episode itself airs.

In plain terms: an episode sponsored today is still generating impressions six months from now. Reach builds steadily rather than all at once, and a placement keeps earning views as the back catalog grows and search traffic compounds.

How placement works

Three spots per episode. Pick where you land.

Every episode carries up to three sponsor mentions: one at the open, one in the middle, and one at the close. Each spot is sold separately, so your brand isn't competing for attention inside a single ad break.

Spot 1

The Open

The first thing a listener hears. Sets the tone for the episode and gets full attention before the conversation pulls focus.

Spot 2

The Middle

Placed at a natural break in the conversation, when the listener is already invested in the episode and least likely to skip ahead.

Spot 3

The Close

The last word before the episode ends, delivered to a listener who stayed for the entire conversation. Highest completion rate of the three.

Packages

Simple pricing. Better rates the longer you run.

Every package includes one of the three spots above, on every episode for the length of the run. Longer commitments lower your per-episode rate.

Best practices

What makes a sponsor read actually work

The reads that perform are the ones that sound like they belong in the conversation. Here's what we've seen work, and what tends to fall flat.

Do

  • Give one clear reason your product matters to a founder specifically
  • Use a single, simple call to action with one link or code
  • Let the host read it in their own words, not a script read word for word
  • Point to a landing page built for podcast listeners, not your homepage
  • Keep the read under 60 seconds

Don't

  • Stack more than one offer or call to action into a single read
  • Hand over dense legal or technical copy to be read verbatim
  • Use a generic script that could run on any podcast in any category
  • Send a discount code that's hard to say out loud
  • Change your ad copy mid-flight once a run has started
