Each conversation explores the person behind the accomplishments. We want to understand where you came from, what inspired you, how you built your business, and the defining moments that changed your direction.

Guest Qualifications

We're looking for established entrepreneurs who have built something meaningful and have the experiences to show for it.

Years in Business

You've spent at least five years building or operating a business and have the experience and perspective that come with that journey.

$1M+

Annual Gross Revenue

Your business generates at least $1 million in annual gross revenue. You've achieved meaningful commercial results through your work.

YOUR STORY

A Journey Worth Sharing

You have a distinctive personal or professional story. Your challenges, accomplishments, and lessons offer something valuable to aspiring entrepreneurs.

Applicants should meet all three criteria. Guest selection also considers the story and its relevance to the show's audience.
